Catch and Squash

Part I: The Catch:
In order to squash the fly, you first have to catch it. In order to do this, you must achieve the skill of "fly sweeping", which involves quickly swooping your hand down and catching the fly in mid-flight.

Step 1: To perform the sweep, first wait until the fly has landed on a surface that is flat and has enough of an area for you to swing your arm through in a quick glide.

Step 2: Creep up on the fly, preferably from behind so that it has a less likely chance of seeing your hand and flying away.

Step 3: Position your hand behind the fly.

Step 4: Now with instantaneous motion, quickly swoop your hand toward the fly while grasping your hand into a fist. Move your hand with the fly and if you are successful, you will have caught the fly.

Part II: The Squash
Now it's time to squash the fly. Not much to it, just clench your fist and feel the fly guts explode in your palm!
